Quick Start

Set it up once and every new member gets a greeting.

    Pick the announcement channel, when to announce and the format, then write the message.

    {user} mentions the member, and {username}, {server} and {member_count} fill in the rest.

How It Works

Verifier posts the announcement as soon as a member joins, or right after they verify if you picked that trigger.

Members the alt identifier kicks or bans are never announced. The member is only mentioned through {user}, so leave it out to greet them without a ping. Other mentions in the message, including @everyone, @here and roles, never ping.

Send Test, in /announcer settings or on the Join Announcer page, posts the saved announcement with you as the member. A server can send one test per minute.

To remove the announcer, click Delete Announcer on the Join Announcer page, or Delete in /announcer settings.

Bots are never announced. During a raid, Verifier posts at most 50 announcements per minute in a server and skips the rest.

The Verified Trigger Needs Verification

If the server has no verification system, nobody is ever verified and announcements set to When a member is verified are never posted.

Premium

A banner or welcome image on every announcement. If Premium ends, announcements are posted without the image until it's back.

Troubleshooting

Nothing is posted

Verifier needs View Channel, Send Messages and Read Message History in the announcement channel. If a post fails because of permissions, announcements in that channel pause for 10 minutes; a successful Send Test resumes them. With the verified trigger, the server also needs a verification system.

The member isn't mentioned

Add {user} to the message. Verifier only mentions the member through it.

The image doesn't show

Images need Premium and a direct link to a PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP file.
